So, I read that in order to be successful on etsy there is one crucial thing to do - take great photos of your products!
Well...this concerns me since I'm the worste photographer ever!!! I ALWAYS either cut-off the persons' head, legs, arms, or whatever else - the point is that when I take pictures you can bet that some of your body part will be missing!
So, now what? What should I do? My shop is set to launch in a 7 days... :{
I guess I just have to try and try and see what happens...

BIG NEWS from thefrogandsheep
Sorry I was m.i.a but I was snowed in for 4 days at my dh's family in Kansas - there were no TV (well...the tv was there but no chanels), no network, no nothing...! All we did the entired time was eat and playing card - pitch, which I was really good at it :D
Anyway, I started to count down my etsy shop opening in January 6th, 2010, and am a bit under pressure right now as I still have a lot of inventory to build up. So, today is day 9 and I still have like 10 -20 items to finish it off. Ugh!
Plus, I have so many projects in my mind that I 'd like to finish it by the end of January too. Besides that I also have a bun in the oven that slow me down a lot lately too!!!
Nonetheless, I have plenty of fun knit all these stuffs for you (and blog about it). Honestly, I don't think I can go a day without knitting.
So, here is the BIG NEWS from TheFrogAndSheep:
Grand-opening deals:
Free shipping to the US and Canada
15% off for purchase over $100
Don't miss it!

It's FRIDAY!!! YAY!
This week seemed to fly by so quickly! Soon my husband will turn 35 - wow! Well, he still looks really handsome for his age, though. :D
Oh - here is the scarf I made him - isn't it gorgeous? It looks prettier in
real - I'm just not a good photographer...yet! It's 6'5" long - probably the longest scarf I've ever made. It took me about a week+ to finish it!
Soooooo - what are you all doing this weekend? Staying at home and enjoy the crappy weather? Or going out and have a good time? Share your weekend plan with us!
We are going to celebrate my husband 35th birthday - yay! It should be fun! We'll also have a 3D-4D u/s done, my husband really want to see our bean again, so this is a part of his birthday present, as well. Also, our friends are coming to town, so we'll try to get together with them for breakfast or something! Can't wait! It's always good to see familiar faces!
Anyhow - I wish you all a great weekend!

Did you know...
that retail-therapy has a lot to do with your hormones???!!!
In other words, you can pretty much blame your hormones for your spending habbits without feeling guilty about it. I just read this article published in the GHK magazine this morning! I sure will show this article to my husband this evening. You see - I'm pregnant; and pregnant women have this crazy uncontrollable hormones (or is it just me...?) So, in theory all the spending I made the past 24 weeks and 3 days are just because of my hormones!!! See, you can't blame me! I'm not a bad girl! :D
And all the crazy spending prior to my pregnancy...that's because of my hormones too! I'll provide the detailed explanation later...MAYBE!
Here's the question of the week:
Who else turn to retail-therapy when they are down, depress, or just right before you get your period? Let me know your story! And what did/do you spend on?

My Evil Plan...
So, today I supposed to get up at 7:30am to work on my project, but guess what time I did actually got up? I GOT UP AT 9:30am, you guys!!! In my defence, I couldn't sleep well the previous night - my baby decided to practice NFL in my womb the entire night that night!...Oh well, who am I kidding! I really should have got up earlier than that! Anyone wanna be in charge of waking me up every morning?
Anyway - I'm now working on my husband's christmas present. A beautiful and warm wool scarf. I'm really in love with this scarf! My evil plan is that - I'm going to give it to him as a christmas present and then steal it from him later - hehe! SHUSH! Don't tell him, though!
I'll take a picture of it later and post it - so you all see how gorgeous it is!

My First Blog...
Wow! I can't believe I'm blogging...YEAH! And it did really take only a few minutes to create!
Anyway - The reason I start this blog because I want to blog about and document every steps of my journey through the etsy-seller road - I just want to know what the fuzz is all about. I may or may not be successful as an etsy-seller, but I sure do enjoy the journey, even though I just started.
I've been working on launching my store for about a month now and I hope that I'll be able to launch it by mid January 2010- stay tuned!
Also, as a new mom-to-be how can I not not blogging about my bean! It's impossible! All the moms and moms-to-be know that! am I right?
In other words, this blog will be a very diverse and won't only be about my new adventure at etsy but also about me, my life, my knitting club, the world - and you! You will see what I mean!
